Our fitness center has a variety of free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, including Peloton bikes, where riders can access thousands of cycle classes online. All levels of athletes are welcome at CB South Fitness - our gym is a judge free zone. Members can easily access the gym, with their phone, 365 days a year from 5am - 10pm.

CB south fitness is cleaned twice weekly. We offer non rinse commercial quality sanitizing solution to properly sanitize any equipment before or after use. We ask that you use gym shoes only when working out. if you’re not feeling well, stay home!
